Strength Fusion – Digital
This is a rigorous interval training sequence with cardio and strength training from head to toe. This full body weight training class will help you build strength by performing different movements using endurance, barbells, hand weights, plyometrics, bands, & balls. Core Fusion – Digital
Core Fusion is a functional core training class that is about power, strength & stabilization. Expect to sweat and burn calories working your core with multiple interval moves, not limited to crunches! This class will always include strength training and cardio interval sections. Slow Burn – Digital
Slow Burn is a low-impact workout. The music is fun, but the movements are purposefully slow to increase muscle definition. If you are looking for a workout that tones and sculpts, then this class is for you.
Hustle w/Hannah Digital
This boot camp style workout is sure to increase your strength and endurance. By using the AMRAP(“As Many Rounds As Possible”) method, you will be encouraged to beat YOUR best and challenge yourself while working to complete as many rounds of a circuit as you are able. Get ready to be amazed by all you can do! Only light to medium hand weights are required.
Cardio Drumming is FUN, rhythm-based full body cardio workout with modifications for lower and higher impact movements. Great for beginners to season experts! A truly accessible class, this can be done standing, seated or from a wheelchair.
Pilates – Digital
This class works on balance for all muscle groups. Increasing strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will blend the Classical Pilates Method with exercise variations and by using props and light weights. Modifications are suggested for beginners or for those with physical limitations. Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.
