Peaceful and quiet evenings where I can sit with my family, just talking and relaxing together.

What is your greatest accomplishment?

Anytime I’ve been able to “be there” and help my family or friends at important moments in their lives.

Why did you get into fitness?

Living a healthy life and doing things that give my body energy and strength to live 100% of every day is my top priority. I don’t want to be held back from doing and accomplishing things because my body can’t keep up. Fitness is a way to help keep me strong—mentally and physically!
