What hobbies/interests do you have?
Running with friends, canoeing/kayaking, shopping, camping, traveling, playing with my dogs, and playing with my daughter. (Not necessarily in that order)
What makes you happy?
I’m easily pleased so there is a lot that makes me happy. Mostly my daughter and husband. Also any corny joke will make me laugh.
What one word describes you best?
Friends say I’m goofy.
What is your greatest accomplishment?
Having my daughter. She was hard to get, but we were finally blessed with her. Now I just try to be the best mom I can be.
Why did you get into fitness?
I’ve always been active, but during a low part of my life I wasn’t doing anything physical and it didn’t help me emotionally. I started back into exercise slowly with walking and began to notice my mood change. Before I knew it, I was instructing a Barre exercise class. Back to my roots. Most of my life has revolved around dance. It’s my emotional outlet and makes me stronger, both physically and emotionally.
